Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we do! We offer free express shipping on all orders in the United States and we offer free shipping on all international orders over $200.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately you cannot change the order once it has been placed as our staff has already started to fill it. If you are not happy with your purchase when it arrives you can contact us reguarding a return or store credit. Please refer to our returns page here for more information about returns.
How do I know what size I am?

What are your hours of operation?
Our website is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so you can shop all day and all night.
How do you ship the orders?
We ship all orders through the United States Post Office including international orders. Each order will receive a tracking number which will be emailed to you when the order is shipped. Each item is inspected prior to shipping to be sure it is packaged with love.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
We ship all orders in a timely manor to ensure that you receive your goodies ASAP. If your order is placed before 2PM Central time it will be shipped the same day. If it is placed after 2PM it will ship bright and early the following day. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number to let you know that your goodies are on the way!
Do you accept returns?
Yes we do! We want you to be totally in love with your purchases but we understand it can be difficult to know sizing without being able to try on. Refer to our returns page here for more information about returns.
How long do I have to return an item?
You will have up to 14 days to request a return from the day you received your goodies.
What form of payments do you accept?
We have a secure payment option for everyone. We accept Paypal, American Express, Visa and MasterCard.
Where is my order?
Shipping within the US will typically take 1-3 business days depending on location and holidays. Shipping to the UK or Canada can take anywhere from 7-10 business days. What if my order does not arrive or is lost or stolen in transit?
Once the order has left our warehouse and is in the hands of the USPS it is their property. Melvina is not responsible for lost or stolen mail via USPS. However, If your item does not arrive in a prompt time frame we will try to assist in tracking it down. Please contact email@example.com
