RETURNS

We hope that you are completely in love with your new Melvina goodies, but we understand it can be rather difficult to know your size without trying it on first. We are more than happy to refund your purchase as long as the items are unwashed, unworn, with designer tags and were paid for at full price. Please note all sale items, and all items purchased during a flash sale or with any discount code are final sale.

To determine if you are eligible for a return, please email info@melvinaboutique.com with the following:

1. Name & order number
2. The items you are wishing to return
3. Quick reason for the return
4. Method of return desired: return or store credit (+$10 extra bonus)

*Opt for a store credit with your return and receive an extra $10 thank you bonus on top of your return credit to use on your next purchase!

All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase date.

We do not return sale items or items purchased during a flash sale or with a discount code.

Return postage is not covered by Melvina. Refunds must be processed back to original payment.

US ORDERS:

Allow for up to 10 days from the day you requested your return for your account to be refunded. Please note that Paypal can take up to a week to process returns. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Allow for 2-3 weeks from the day you requested your return for you account to be refunded. Please note that Paypal can take up to a week to process returns.

Please take care when packaging and sending back returns as lost or stolen items are not the responsibility of Melvina. We cannot offer a refund on lost or stolen items.

Please note if an item is damaged after wearing (a zipper breaks, button falls off) from normal wear and tear we cannot accept items to be returned.


SHIPPING

We process and ship orders promptly to get them into your hands as soon as possible!

Orders placed before 2PM central time will be proceeded the same day.

RATES

United States: All items will be shipped via USPS

All orders will receive FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING

Melvina is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged mail shipped via USPS. We will be more than happy to assist in tracking if your items do not arrive in the prompt time frame.

International: All items will be shipped via USPS International

Orders over $200 will receive FREE SHIPPING

Orders under $200 will be charged $15.95 for shipping

Please note that depending on the delivery location, custom fees and charges may be due. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Melvina is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged mail shipped via USPS International. We will be more than happy to assist in tracking if your items do not arrive in the prompt time frame. Please allow for 1-3 weeks for all international orders to arrive. 

PRE-ORDERS

All pre-order items will be processed and shipped as soon as we receive them.

All items purchased with pre-order items will be shipped when the order is placed.
